Oil commissions

Oil paintings are without doubt seen as the most prestigious of all paintings, with works in this medium taking prime position in art gallerys around the world. This is due to their complicated nature, this takes a long time to perfect and also the time in which they take to produce. It can take several weeks for individual layers of paint to dry. Thus calling for patience on the part of the artist and a good knowledge of the fat over lean rule. Which means every consecutive layer must have a higher percentage of 'Fat' or Oil than the previous. No other type of painting can give the incredible lustrous colours that can be achieved with oils.

Painted as life size.

Dog head and shoulder portraits.

Single dog £550 this can be any size up to life size.

Two dogs portait £1050

Multiple dogs add £400 for every addition dogs head.

These prices apply to any size painting up to the life size of the dogs. Therefore I can produce a painting to fit a specific spot on your wall. The larger the painting the more detail I can paint in. However I do not like to paint bigger than the actual size of your dog.

Horses head portrait

Single horse head £850 this can be any size up to life size.

Double portait £1650

Multiple horses add £650 for every addition horses head.

These prices apply to any size painting up to the life size of the horse. Therefore I can produce a painting to fit a specific spot on your wall. The larger the painting the more detail I can paint in. However I do not like to paint bigger than life size.
